There really isn’t a lot not to like about the Pressure-Pro E4042HV. This is a powerful machine capable of cleaning just about anything you can think of with a max of 4200 PSI.

It is pricey and heavy, but that’s not unusual for a gas-powered pressure washer. Fortunately, it comes with a set of rugged wheels which makes it easy to manouver.

If you have your mind set on a gas-powered pressure washer this one should be on the shortlist.

The Briggs & Stratton S3100I is our choice for the best value gas-powered pressure washer on the market today. At a price tag well under $500, it’s hard to find anything in its category that compares to it and they haven’t compromised in terms of quality either.

With a 3100 PSI cleaning capacity it’s powerful enough for all of your household chores or even for light industrial applications. With an electric start system, it’s easy to get it moving and it pumps an impressive 2.5 gallons per minute.

A great innovation of this machine that caught our eye was its 5-in-1 nozzle – all you have to do is cycle through the options for different cleaning tasks. There’s no searching for the other nozzles you may need.

Like most gas-powered pressure washers, this isn’t a machine you’ll want to be carrying around at 66 pounds, although that’s still pretty light for a gas-powered washer. Also, the hose does have a tendency to come off the reel while you work which is a bit of a hassle.

The electric starter does run a lithium battery as well so if you forget to charge it you won’t be able to use your power washer which isn’t ideal if you want to get started on a task.

For the price, you won’t find a better gas-powered pressure washer than this Briggs & Stratton machine. It has some great innovations such as its electric start motor and 5-in-1 nozzle or different applications and it has decent cleaning power at 3100 PSI.

You have to be careful to make sure you keep the battery for the electric start charged though, or you can’t use your machine. This is easily the best bargain in the gas-powered pressure washer category.

You may not be familiar with the Mi-T-M brand, but you should be. Their WP-3200-0MHB is one of the best gas pressure washers right now.

With a 3200 PSI capacity, it has plenty of cleaning power for everyday tasks and its durable design and reliable Honda engine makes it easier to live with a price that’s a little over $1000.

This washer comes equipped with a 25-foot hose so you don’t have to constantly reposition it and it pumps out 2.4 gallons per minute.

There are five different hose nozzles to choose from depending on what type of cleaning job you have planned and there is a built-in detergent injection system.

At more than 100 pounds this is a heavy machine so you’re best to position it in a good spot before use, although it is equipped with wheels.

Our only other criticism is the handle – there’s no extra cushioning for comfort, so if you’re hauling it for any distance you may find it a bit uncomfortable and awkward.

The Mi-T-M WP-3200-0MHB is a great power washer with a well-deserved reputation for quality. It is a little pricey at a little over $1000, but it’s a quality machine.

We like the 25-foot hose it comes with and the pick of five different hose nozzles for different uses. This is a good choice if you’re shopping for a new gasoline power washer in 2024.

4. BE B2765HC

We found the BE B2765HC to be one of the best options if one of the main reasons you need a pressure washer is for washing your car. At 2700 PSI it has more than enough cleaning power for this type of task, but not so much power that you’ll peel the paint of the family van.

With a maximum flow rate of 3 gallons per minute, it outperforms a number of more expensive washers. It’s also more affordable than comparable gas models at less than $900. This machine ships with four different nozzles as well.

You may find this washer a bit too heavy to lift on your own at 120 pounds so it’s best to store it in a place where you can easily wheel it out when needed.

The cushioning on the handle is a bit on the thin side as well which can be somewhat uncomfortable.

The BE B2765HC is our top choice for a pressure washer for cars. It’s a little heavy at 89 pounds, but not too heavy to lift when necessary.

With four different cleaning nozzles and the ability to pump out 3 gallons of water every minute you’ll get a lot accomplished with this machine. It’s the ideal everyday home pressure washer.

The BE PE-4013HWPACAT is a powerful and versatile machine that’s easily one of the best gas-powered pressure washers of 2024.

With a 4000 PSI capacity, you’ll cut through years of caked-on grime in minutes making it great for home use, but also more than powerful enough for industrial-strength tasks as well.

This washer comes with four different hose nozzles and a 50-foot hose so you’ll rarely have to reposition it as you work.

On top of all this, it also happens to have a 4 gallon per minute capacity. If there’s a cleaning task this washer can’t handle we’re not sure what it is.

One thing we didn’t like about this machine was the price tag – it retails for well over $1500, making it one of the most expensive on our list.

It’s also a heavier machine than most others on the market at almost 150 pounds so it’s a good thing it comes with a 50-foot hose.

You will have to pay a little extra for this one though at more than $1500, but we still think it’s a good choice if you’re not on a tight budget. This is a great power washer for the home of the shop.

There is no shortage of great gas-powered pressure washers to choose from in 2024.

While we’d have no problem selecting any one of the machines we’ve reviewed here as our go-to power washer, we feel the Pressure-Pro E4042HV is the best option overall in terms of the complete package.

It’s the most powerful machine at 4200 PSI and it has tons of other great features. You can’t go wrong with any one of the pressure washers we’ve reviewed here though.
